Information Provider. Any third party source of information that licenses CEEGEX to make its information available as Information under the Agreement, whether such Information is disseminated by CEEGEX, by its originator, or by a third party.

EP represents and warrants that it has full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and that there is nothing known to EP which would prevent it from performing its obligations under the terms and conditions imposed on it by this Agreement.
