Information Regarding Borrower and Guarantors. Promptly, but in any event within ten (10) Business Days after the occurrence thereof, written notice of any change in (i) the Borrower’s or any Guarantor’s corporate name, (ii) the jurisdiction in which the Borrower or any Guarantor is incorporated, formed, or otherwise organized, (iii) the location of the Borrower’s or any Guarantor’s chief executive office, (iv) the Borrower’s or any Guarantor’s identity or corporate, limited liability or partnership structure, or (v) the Borrower’s or any Guarantor’s organizational identification number in such jurisdiction of organization or federal taxpayer identification number.
