INFORMATION REGARDING EXPOSURE. THE LANDLORD IS NOT AWARE OF ANY HEALTH RISK ASSOCIATED WITH POTENTIAL EXPOSURE TO THE LEVELS OF AIRBORNE ASBESTOS AS CURRENTLY SHOWN BY THE PERIODIC AIR MONITORING REPORTS WHICH HAVE BEEN PREPARED FOR THE BUILDING. HOWEVER, AS REQUIRED BY CALIFORNIA HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE SECTION 25915 ET SEQ., WE ARE INFORMING YOU THAT ASBESTOSIS, LUNG CANCER, AND OTHER RARE TYPES OF CANCER HAVE BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH EXPOSURE PRIMARILY IN ASBESTOS-RELATED INDUSTRIES WHERE WORKERS HANDLE OR ARE OTHERWISE EXPOSED TO HIGH LEVELS OF AIRBORNE ASBESTOS OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME.
INFORMATION REGARDING EXPOSURE. The Landlord is not aware of any significant health risks associated with potential exposure to the levels of airborne asbestos as currently shown by the periodic air monitoring reports which have been prepared for the Building. However, as required by California Health and Safety Code Section 25915 et seq., we are informing you that asbestosis, lung cancer, and other rare types of cancer have been associated with exposure primarily in asbestos-related industries where workers handle or are otherwise exposed to high levels of airborne asbestos over a long period of time.
