Information regarding Letters of Credit. Each Issuing Lender agrees, upon request of the Administrative Agent, to deliver to the Administrative Agent a list of all outstanding Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Lender, together with such information related thereto as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request. The Administrative Agent agrees, upon request of any Lender, to deliver to such Lender a list of all outstanding Letters of Credit, together with such information related thereto as such Lender may reasonably request.
