Common use of Information Regarding Obligors Clause in Contracts

Information Regarding Obligors. Prompt written notice (and in any event at least ten (10) Business Days prior thereto (or such other period of time as may be agreed by Administrative Agent in its sole discretion)) of any change (i) in any Obligor’s corporate name or in any trade name used to identify such Person in the conduct of its business or in the ownership of its Properties, (ii) in the location of any Obligor’s chief executive office or principal place of business, (iii) in any Obligor’s identity or corporate structure, (iv) in any Obligor’s jurisdiction of organization or such Person’s organizational identification number in such jurisdiction of organization, and (v) in any Obligor’s federal taxpayer identification number.

Prompt written notice of (and in any event at least ten within twenty (1020) Business Days prior thereto days after (or such other period of time later date as may be agreed by the Administrative Agent may agree to in its sole discretion)) of any change (i) in any Obligor’s corporate name or in any trade name used to identify such Person in the conduct of its business or in the ownership of its Properties, (ii) in the location of any Obligor’s chief executive office or principal place of business, (iii) in any Obligor’s identity or corporate structure, (iv) in any Obligor’s jurisdiction of organization or such Person’s organizational identification number in such jurisdiction of organization, and (v) in any Obligor’s federal taxpayer identification number, if any.
