Vendors are informed that the payment of the bills and other claims arising out of the contract shall be made in the name of their bank account by crossed cheques only. Successful vendors shall have to furnish the information as regards the name and complete address of their bank, its branch and their Bank A/x.Xx. etc. Such Bank account must be in any Nationalized Banks or Scheduled Commercial Banks or Scheduled Co-Op. Banks or Foreign Banks in Mumbai jurisdiction.
