Common use of Information Regarding Receivables Clause in Contracts

Information Regarding Receivables. Such Originator will maintain a system of accounting established and administered in accordance with GAAP and will furnish to Buyer, promptly, such information relating to the Receivables originated by such Originator as Buyer or its assigns may reasonably request. To the extent the Buyer is required to provide financial statements or other notices with respect to such Originator under the Second Tier Agreement, such Originator shall make the necessary information available to Buyer for delivery to the Agent within the time required by the Second Tier Agreement.
