Information Regarding Subsidiaries. Each year, at the time of delivery of the annual financial statements with respect to the preceding fiscal year pursuant to Section 7.04(a), deliver to the Administrative Agent a certificate of a Financial Officer setting forth supplements to Schedule 6.08 as are necessary such that, as supplemented, such Schedule would be accurate and complete as of the date of the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to this Section 7.06.
