Common use of Information Regarding the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Information Regarding the Borrower. Any Lender may, in connection with any assignment or participation or proposed assignment or participation pursuant to this Section 14.1, disclose to the assignee or participant or proposed assignee or participant, any information relating to the Borrower, any Qualified Borrower, or its Subsidiaries furnished to such Lender by the Administrative Agent or by or on behalf of the Borrower or any Qualified Borrower; provided that, prior to any such disclosure, such assignee or participant, or proposed assignee or participant, shall agree, in writing, to preserve in accordance with Section 14.20 the confidentiality of any confidential information described therein.

Information Regarding the Borrower. Any Lender may, in connection with any assignment or participation or proposed assignment or participation pursuant to this Section 14.113.01, disclose to the assignee or participant or proposed assignee or participant, any information relating to the Borrower, Borrower or any Qualified Borrower, Subsidiary of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries any other Loan Party furnished to such Lender by the Administrative Agent or by or on behalf of the Borrower Borrower, such Subsidiary or any Qualified Borrowersuch Loan Party; provided that, prior to any such disclosure, such assignee or participant, or proposed assignee or participant, shall agree, in writing, agree to preserve in accordance with Section 14.20 13.23 the confidentiality of any confidential information described therein.
