Information Relating to Assets. Party A may request Party B to obtain the Servicer Report (as defined in the Assignment and Servicing Agreement) and any other reasonably available reports, notices, financial statements or other information in respect of the assets of Party B that are to be amounts available under the Indenture for payments due to Party A under this Agreement.
