Common use of Information Relating to Collateral Clause in Contracts

Information Relating to Collateral. (a) The Borrower will furnish to the Administrative Agent written notice, at least 20 Business Days (or such shorter period as the Administrative Agent may agree) in advance any change (i) in any Loan Party’s legal name, as set forth in such Loan Party’s organizational documents, (ii) in the jurisdiction of incorporation or organization of any Loan Party, (iii) in the form of organization of any Loan Party or (iv) in any Loan Party’s organizational identification number, if any, or, with respect to a Loan Party organized under the laws of a jurisdiction that requires such information to be set forth on the face of a Uniform Commercial Code financing statement, the Federal Taxpayer Identification Number of such Loan Party.
