Information Relating to the Company. Upon request, the Managers shall supply to the Members any information requested regarding the Company or its activities, provided that obtaining the information is not unduly burdensome to the Managers. During ordinary business hours, any Member or its authorized representative shall have access to all books, records and materials in the Company's offices regarding the Company or its activities.
