INFORMATION RELATING TO THE PARTNERSHIP. Upon request, the General Partner shall supply to any Limited Partner any information requested regarding the Partnership or its activities. During ordinary business hours, each Limited Partner and its authorized agents and representatives shall have reasonable access to all books, records and materials in the Partnership's offices regarding the Partnership or its activities and, at the risk of the Limited Partner, to the drill site of each Partnership well.
