The Trustee shall prepare, execute and timely file such information reports or returns as may be required from time to time under any applicable federal, state or local law with respect to the Trust Fund or the Certificateholders and shall timely provide Certificateholders of such Series with information as to the Master Servicer's determination of monthly income accrued by the Trust Fund.
