Information Requests The parties hereto shall provide any information reasonably requested by the Servicer, the Issuer, the Seller or any of their Affiliates, in order to comply with or obtain more favorable treatment under any current or future law, rule, regulation, accounting rule or principle.

INFORMATION REQUESTED BY BOARD OF DIRECTORS LIFE COMPANY and AVIF (or its investment adviser) will at least annually submit to the Board of Directors of AVIF such reports, materials or data as the Board of Directors may reasonably request so that the Board of Directors may fully carry out the obligations imposed upon it by the provisions hereof or any exemptive order granted by the SEC to permit Mixed and Shared Funding, and said reports, materials and data will be submitted at any reasonable time deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors. All reports received by the Board of Directors of potential or existing conflicts, and all Board of Directors actions with regard to determining the existence of a conflict, notifying Participating Insurance Companies and Participating Plans of a conflict, and determining whether any proposed action adequately remedies a conflict, will be properly recorded in the minutes of the Board of Directors or other appropriate records, and such minutes or other records will be made available to the SEC upon request.
Information Required The report must include, at a minimum, the name, category, description, expected outcomes, anticipated CCBF contribution, anticipated start date, and anticipated end date of each active Eligible Project.

Upon the written request of any Holder, the Company shall deliver to such Holder a written statement as to whether it has complied with such filing requirements, unless such a statement has been included in the Company’s most recent report filed pursuant to Section 13 or Section 15(d) of Exchange Act. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Section 7 shall be deemed to require the Company to register any of its securities (other than the Common Stock) under any section of the Exchange Act.
Request for Information (RFI) means a written request by Contractor directed to A/E or ODR for a clarification of the information provided in the Contract Documents or for direction concerning information necessary to perform the Work that may be omitted from the Contract Documents.
ARBITRATION REQUIREMENT EXCEPT AS STATED BELOW, ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND ANY OF US SHALL BE DECIDED BY NEUTRAL, BINDING ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT OR BY JURY TRIAL. “Dispute” will be given the broadest possible meaning allowable by law. It includes any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to your purchase of this heating or air conditioning unit, any warranty upon the unit, or the unit’s condition. It also includes determination of the scope or applicability of this Arbitration Clause. The arbitration requirement applies to claims in contract and tort, pursuant to statute, or otherwise.
