Information Required under Regulation AB. The Seller will provide to Purchaser such information as Purchaser shall reasonably request in order to enable Purchaser to comply with any applicable requirements of Regulation AB or any successor regulation. Such information shall be provided within five (5) days of request from Purchaser.
