Common use of Information Returns Clause in Contracts

Information Returns. It is understood that the Transfer Agent shall file in a timely manner such appropriate information returns concerning the payment of dividends, return of capital, capital gains distributions and special information returns for retirement plan accounts with the proper Federal, state, local and other authorities as are required by law to be filed and shall be responsible for the withholding of taxes, if any, due on such dividends or distributions to Shareholders when required to withhold taxes under applicable law. The Transfer Agent shall also mail copies of such information returns to the appropriate Shareholders. Exhibit 1 to Schedule C Summary of Services The services to be performed by the Transfer Agent shall be as follows;
