INFORMATION SECURITY AGREEMENT. (a) PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION: This Information Security Agreement (“Agreement”) is designed to protect the Department’s Confidential Information (defined above in Section 22.0) and Department Information Resources (defined below). This Agreement describes the information security obligations of Contractor, its employees, contractors and third-party users that connect to Department Information Resources and/or gain access to Confidential Information.
