INFORMATION SHARING AND EXCHANGE. The customs authorities of Member States are encouraged to share and exchange information through interconnected systems for customs purposes through bilateral, multilateral or other arrangements where necessary, to the extent allowed by their respective laws and within the limits of their competence and available resources.
