Information Sharing and Shared Learning. Seller understands and acknowledges that Buyer is entering into this Agreement in part to gain operational and market information regarding the performance, efficiency, operations, maintenance, [PG&E Drafting Note: PG&E to update for Project technologies other than energy storage and multiple uses of energy storage and storage assets as an integral part of Buyer’s portfolio of assets to meet its customers’ needs as well as to gain an understanding of the impact of energy storage on load forecasting as a load serving entity.] Throughout the Term, Xxxxxx agrees to share such information, including meter data but excluding cost or similar proprietary information, upon Xxxxx’s reasonable request, with such information to be treated by Buyer as Confidential Information.
