Information Sharing and Shared Learning. Seller understands and acknowledges that Buyer is entering into this Agreement in part to gain operational and market information regarding the performance, efficiency, operations, maintenance, [PG&and uses of energy storage and storage assets as an integral part of Buyer’s portfolio of assets to meet its customers’ needs. Throughout the Term, Seller agrees to share such information with Buyer upon Buyer’s reasonable request, with such information to be treated by Buyer as Confidential Information if Seller so requests.
