Common use of Information Supplied by the Adviser Clause in Contracts

Information Supplied by the Adviser. The Adviser shall provide the Subadviser with the Corporation’s Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, the Fund’s most current Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information and the instructions, policies and directions of the Board pertaining to the Adviser and the Fund, as in effect from time to time; and the Subadviser shall have no responsibility for actions taken in reliance on any such documents. The Adviser shall promptly furnish to the Subadviser copies of all material amendments or supplements to the foregoing documents.
