Information Supplied by the Underwriters. The statements set forth in the first paragraph on page 3, in the second, third, eighth (first and third sentences only) and sixteenth paragraphs under the heading "Underwriting" in the Preliminary Prospectus dated ____________ or the Prospectus (to the extent such statements relate to the Underwriters) constitute the only information furnished by the Underwriters to the Company for the purposes of sections 1 (b) and 8(b) hereof.
