Common use of Information Supplied by the Underwriters Clause in Contracts

Information Supplied by the Underwriters. The statements set forth in the last paragraph on the front cover page of the Prospectus regarding market-making and under the heading "Underwriting" in the Supplement (to the extent such statements relate to the Underwriters), together with the Computational Materials, constitute the only information furnished by the Underwriter to the Company for the purposes of Sections 2(B) and 8(A) hereof. The Underwriters confirm that such statements (to such extent) are correct.
