Information System. 1. The Fund Operator shall provide the reports referred to in Chapters 8 and 10 through FMO’s information system. The FMO shall give the Fund Operator access to the system and provide the necessary guidance to enable the Fund Operator to use the system correctly.
2. Should the system referred to in paragraph 1 become unavailable or be discontinued, the FMO may require the Fund Operator to provide these reports in another format provided by the FMO, whether electronic or hard copies.
Information System. 1 The Concessionaire shall install appropriate soft xxxx packages with the help and support of the DoHFW to disseminate information on multiple parameters on operation and management of the fair price outlet and would include information like cash memos as mentioned under Article 4.2B3, sales, inventory status, stock outs, near expiry stocks and all other important and related information on daily basis. The Concessionaire will bear all expenses as part of their operating costs for installation of these packages.
Information System a Appropriate and approved software packages will be installed by the Private Service Provider to disseminate relevant information through on daily basis. The software as approved by the DoHFW will be used for all kinds of transactions done by the Private Service Provider so that web based monitoring at any point of time can be done by the concerned authorities of the DoHFW at the state level and at the hospital level. The cost of installation and maintenance of the software has to be borne by the private partner. b The O&M partner, with the help and support of the DoHFW, shall also work out installation of multi facility monitoring mode and establish connectivity with other health facilities for transmitting the digital images undertaken for each of the investigations for the purpose of review and reports as and when required. c The Concessionaire shall maintain all necessary records relating to claim for reimbursement of free services provided to the patients in each month. d The Concessionaire shall bear all expenses as part of their operating costs for procurement and usage of required facilities/services for generating the above information and submitting required documents in this respect. e As and when the new real time web based software is launched by the DoHFW, the private Service Providers will have to implement the software package in their units and comply with the SOP ( Standard Operating Procedure ) for the software as issued and modified by the DoHFW from time to time.

The Private Partner shall, if required, give The Hospital Authority or its representative’s reasonable access to records held by it in connection with the services and shall give all reasonable co-operations to the evaluators appointed by The Hospital Authority.

The TLS User shall take all appropriate security measures to make proper use of the Information System and to prevent unauthorized access by users to the Information System using the unique usernames and passwords which have been assigned by the Operator to the TLS User and its designated users. Using its own criteria, the TLS User will select at its own risk and responsibility the natural persons who will acquire access to the Information System on its behalf to enter into transactions. The TLS User shall be obliged to promptly notify the Operator in any reasonable manner in any case where it suspects involuntary or deliberate leakage of the said security codes so as to deactivate the ability to use them to access the Information System. In all events, the TLS User undertakes and bears full responsibility for all declarations / announcements and information submitted and all transactions entered into via the Information System using the unique usernames and passwords which have been provided by the Operator.
Information System. You must: (1) acquire, maintain and use in the operation of the Restaurant the “Information System” (as defined below) for the Restaurant and the right to use, for the term of this Agreement, the “Designated Software” (as defined below) in the manner specified by us; (2) obtain any and all hardware, peripheral equipment and accessories, arrange for any and all support services and take all other actions that may be necessary to enable the Information System and the Designated Software to operate as specified by us (including installation of electrical wiring and data cabling, and temperature and humidity controls) that may be necessary to prepare the Restaurant to enable the Information System to operate as specified by us; and (3) install and use the Designated Software on the Information System, and use such items solely in the operation of the Restaurant in the manner specified by us. You are responsible for all costs associated with the foregoing, including but not limited to transportation, installation, sales, use, excise and similar taxes, site preparation and disposal of retired hardware. You must operate only Designated Software on the Information System. The Designated Software, and all additions, modifications and enhancements thereto, constitute “confidential information,” and are subject to the provisions of Section 17 of this Agreement.
Information System. The office shall operate an information system which is capable of identifying firefighting apparatus and equipment which is available for acquisition, and local agencies which are interested in acquiring apparatus and equipment.
