Information Systems Corrective Action Plan. If at any point there is a problem with a critical systems function, at the request of the Agency, the Health Plan shall provide to the Agency full written documentation that includes a corrective action plan (CAP) that describes how problems with critical systems functions will be prevented from occurring again. The CAP shall be delivered to the Agency within five (5) business days of the problem’s occurrence. Failure to submit a CAP and to show progress in implementing the CAP shall make the Health Plan subject to sanctions, in accordance with Attachment II, Section XIV, Sanctions.
