Information to be Furnished by Holders of Eligible Securities. Each prospective seller of Eligible Securities, registered or to be registered under any registration statement shall furnish to the Company such information and execute such documents regarding the Eligible Securities held by such seller and the intended method of disposition thereof as the Company shall reasonably request in connection with the action to be taken by the Company.
