Common use of Information to be Furnished by Holders Clause in Contracts

Information to be Furnished by Holders. The Company may require a Holder of Registrable Securities to be included in a Registration Statement to furnish to the Company such information regarding (w) the intended method of distribution of such Registrable Securities, (x) such Holder, (y) the Registrable Securities held by such Holder and (z) such other matters as are required by law to be disclosed in such Registration Statement with respect to a selling Holder, and the Company may exclude from such Registration Statement the Registrable Securities of any Holder who fails to furnish such information within a reasonable time after receiving such request. The Company shall not be required to provide indemnification to any underwriter or any other person relating to information referred to in clauses (w), (x), (y) and (z) provided to the Company in writing specifically for inclusion in such Registration Statement.
