Information to be Furnished to the Fund. Price Services shall furnish to the Fund such information as may be agreed upon between the Fund and Price Services, including any information that the Fund and Price Services agree is necessary to the daily operations of the business and to comply with Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002.
