Information to be Furnished. The Companies shall furnish to the Trustee, and the Trustee shall furnish to the Companies, such information relevant to this Plan and Trust as may be required under the Code and under the Act. The Trustee shall keep such records, make such identification and file with the Internal Revenue Service and with the U.S. Department of Labor such returns and other information concerning this Plan and Trust as may be required of it under the Code and under the Act. The Companies shall fulfill any reporting and disclosure obligations imposed on it by the Act, and each Participant shall be given any reports required by the Act. To the extent that the Trustee assumes any such Company obligations, it may charge a reasonable fee for its services apart from its normal fee and its expenses as provided in Section 8.11.
