Common use of Information to be Furnished Clause in Contracts

Information to be Furnished. If Lessee desires at any time to Sublet the Premises or any portion thereof, it shall first notify Lessor of its desire to do so and shall submit in writing to Lessor: (i) the name and legal composition of the proposed Sublessee, (ii) the nature of the proposed Sublessee's business to be carried on in the Premises; (iii) the terms and provisions of the proposed Sublet and a copy of the proposed Sublet form containing a description of the subject premises; (iv) a statement of all consideration to be paid by the Sublessee in connection with the Sublet; (v) a current financial statement of Lessee; and (vi) such financial information, including financial statements, as Lessor may reasonably request concerning the proposed Sublessee.
