Information to be Provided by the Collateral Custodian. (a) The Collateral Custodian agrees to reasonably cooperate in good faith with any reasonable request by the Depositor for information regarding the Collateral Custodian which is required in order to enable the Depositor to comply with the provisions of Items 1117 and 1119 of Regulation AB and Rule 15Ga-1 under the Exchange Act as it relates to the Collateral Custodian or to the Collateral Custodian’s obligations under this Agreement.
