Common use of Information to be Provided by the Servicer Clause in Contracts

Information to be Provided by the Servicer. In connection with any Pass-Through Transfer the Servicer shall (i) within five Business Days following request by the Seller, the Master Servicer or any Depositor, provide to the Seller, the Master Servicer and such Depositor (or, as applicable, cause each Subservicer to provide), in writing and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Seller, the Master Servicer and such Depositor, the information and materials specified in paragraphs (a) and (e) of this Section, and (ii) as promptly as practicable following notice to or discovery by the Servicer, provide to the Seller, the Master Servicer and any Depositor (in writing and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Seller, the Master Servicer and such Depositor) the information specified in paragraph (b) of this Section.
