Common use of Information to be Provided to Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Information to be Provided to Administrative Agent. The LC Issuing Banks shall furnish to the Administrative Agent upon request such information as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request in order to calculate (i) the Aggregate LC Exposure existing from time to time and (ii) the amount of any fee payable for the account of the Lenders under Section 2.05(g).
