Information to be Provided to Agent. The LC Issuing Banks shall furnish to the Agent upon request such information as the Agent shall reasonably request in order to calculate (i) the Aggregate LC Exposure existing from time to time and (ii) the amount of any fee payable for the account of the Lenders under Section 2.07(b).
