INFORMATION TO JMC AND ROC. Upon submitting the annual Work Program and Budget for approval in accordance with Article 12 of the Contract, Operator shall provide in writing the following information, to the level of detail as required by ROC, in respect of personnel and tariffs in connection with Petroleum Operations to be charged during the relevant Year.
