Other than as set forth in this subsection, the Agent shall have no duty to notify the Lenders regarding the issuance or other matters regarding Letters of Credit issued hereunder. The failure of the Agent to perform its requirements under this subsection shall not relieve any Lender from its obligations under Section 2.3.(j).
