Common use of Information to Lenders Clause in Contracts

Information to Lenders. Promptly following any change in Letters of Credit outstanding, the applicable Issuing Bank shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, who shall promptly deliver the same to each Lender and the Borrower, a notice describing the aggregate amount of all Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Bank outstanding at such time. Upon the request of any Lender from time to time, an Issuing Bank shall deliver any other information reasonably requested by such Lender with respect to such Letter of Credit that is the subject of the request. Other than as set forth in this subsection, the Issuing Banks and the Administrative Agent shall have no duty to notify the Lenders regarding the issuance or other matters regarding Letters of Credit issued hereunder. The failure of an Issuing Bank to perform its requirements under this subsection shall not relieve any Lender from its obligations under the immediately preceding subsection (j).
