Common use of Information to Nurses Clause in Contracts

Information to Nurses. The Hospital will distribute membership and informational material provided by the Association to newly employed Registered Nurses. Such material will detail the Association’s policies and procedures with respect to payment of dues to the Association by Registered Nurses, and the conditions under which Association membership or fair share payments may be required of the nurse. The Hospital will also provide newly employed nurses with a copy of this Agreement at the time of hire. The Association will provide the Medical Center with copies of this Agreement which the Medical Center will provide to newly employed nurses at the time of hire or upon their acceptance of a bargaining unit position.
