No later than the tenth (10th) calendar day of each month (or if such tenth day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately preceding such tenth day), the Servicer shall forward to the Master Servicer reports in the format set forth in Exhibit C-1, Exhibit C-2 and Exhibit C-3 hereto, with respect to monthly remittances, defaulted Mortgage Loans and realized loss calculations, respectively.
