Information to Warehouse Facility Secured Parties. The Borrower and/or each Warehouse Facility Secured Party (or the Deal Agent on its behalf) shall deliver to the Closed-End Collateral Agent from time to time, upon reasonable request of the Closed-End Administrative Agent or the Closed-End Collateral Agent to the Borrower or such Warehouse Facility Secured Party, an Officer’s Certificate, setting forth for each Warehouse Facility to which the Borrower and such Secured Party are parties:
