Information You Provide. You agree any information you provide about yourself or your agents when registering to use the Solution is accurate, current and complete and you will maintain and update that information to ensure that it remains as such. If EASI suffers any claim or incurs any liability as a result of information entered into the Solution by users of your account, you and your business will indemnify EASI against such claim or liability including costs and attorneys fees incurred in defending against it.

Information You Provide. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, and legality of information that you transmit through the Marketplace, including information pertaining to individuals and employees. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to transmit such information through the Marketplace for use in connection with the Marketplace and that FormFox and Providers may use such information to provide Administrative Services and Employment Assessment Services. You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FormFox and the Providers for any claims made by third parties, including your contractors, agents, and employees (current, prospective, and former), relating to the use of such information in connection with the Marketplace.
Information You Provide. (a) You agree to provide us with any information we deem necessary to prepare reports required by applicable law. You also agree to promptly notify us of any changes in your address, email address, mobile phone number, marital status, name or address of any beneficiary, or other information provided to us that we rely on or otherwise consider appropriate to maintain your HSA. If we receive notice from the U.S. Postal Service or its agent that your address has changed, we may change it on our records and begin sending statements and notices to that new address, if you have elected to receive paper statements. (b) We are entitled to rely upon information we receive from you or other authorized sources with respect to your HSA and we have no obligation to make further investigation or inquiry as to the accuracy or currency of such information, except as may be required by law or this Agreement.

FSB will rely on that information until you notify FSB of a change in that information and FSB has a reasonable time to act on that change. All financial institutions are required by law, including the USA PATRIOT Act, to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each customer who opens an account with that financial institution and in certain other circumstances. In accordance with applicable law, FSB may also request information about your account activity, such as the sources of funds being deposited into your account and how you intend to use your account. If you fail to provide the information FSB requests, FSB may restrict your access to various services and features that would otherwise be available for all of your accounts with FSB. For example, FSB may restrict your ability to use remote deposit services, such as Deposit@Mobile, until you provide the requested information. Some of the other account activities that FSB may restrict include, but are not limited to USAA funds transfer services on xxxx.xxx; person-to- person transfer services; online bill payment services; debit and ATM card transactions. For certificate of deposit (CD) accounts (including IRAs), FSB may refuse to accept additional deposits and may decline requests for partial withdrawals; FSB may also refuse to renew a CD or may refuse to accept changes to CDs at maturity. For IRAs, FSB may also restrict withdrawals that are not required minimum distributions. In certain circumstances, FSB may elect to close your account(s) and, for a CD prior to maturity and impose the applicable penalty for early withdrawal.
