Information Management. The Provider will comply with all applicable privacy legislation and will maintain accurate and complete operational Records, policies and practices necessary for its obligations under this Agreement.
Information Management. Objective: The PHO collects, analyses, manages, shares and protects information to support the delivery of the Services.
Information Management. 6.1 The Recipient must:
(a) provide EECA with the Project Reports by the relevant Milestone ‘Completion date’ specified in item 5 of Schedule 1;
(b) keep and maintain full, true and up-to-date Records of the performance of its obligations under this Agreement during the term of this Agreement and for a minimum of three years following termination or expiry of the Agreement;
(c) allow EECA or its nominee on request and subject to reasonable notice to audit the Records, or audit the performance of the Recipient under this Agreement (including reviewing the Records) from time-to-time, as reasonably required by EECA;
(d) co-operate with EECA and provide all information and assistance reasonably requested by EECA to allow EECA to promote, if successful, the Project through the publication of case studies, guides, workshops and seminars (including the participation of the Recipient at one or more workshops and seminars arranged by XXXX);
(e) provide to EECA any information reasonably requested by EECA relating to the performance of the Recipient’s obligations pursuant to this Agreement. All information provided by the Recipient must be in a format that is usable by EECA, and delivered within a reasonable time of the request;
(f) co-operate with EECA to provide any of the information requested under clause 6.1(e) as soon as reasonably practicable if the information is required by EECA to comply with an enquiry or its statutory, parliamentary, or other reporting obligations; and
(g) make sure that any Records provided to EECA or created for EECA, are securely managed and securely destroyed on their disposal.
6.2 The parties shall otherwise co-operate promptly and share information with each other as necessary to meet the operational objectives of EECA and enable the parties to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement.
Information Management. 27.1 The Parties shall, where they are disclosing or receiving data in relation to this Agreement or the Programme, comply with the provision of the Data Sharing Schedule. As at the date of this Agreement, it is not intended that any of the Additional Parties shall be sharing any data but to the extent that they do, they shall be bound by the terms of the Data Sharing Schedule.
Information Management. The MOHLTC will:
Information Management. 3.1 Manage, maintain and develop relevant management information systems.
3.2 Ensure the availability and enhance the relevance, timeliness and accuracy of financial, statistical and patient activity information.
3.3 Assist management in obtaining and understanding the information required to make informed decisions.
3.4 Take responsibility for meeting management reporting requirements.
Information Management. The Recipient will use the Infrastructure Recipient Information System (IRIS), or a process designated by Canada, to fulfill the obligations of the Recipient under this Agreement, including Section 8 (Reporting) and any other obligations of the Recipient as requested by Canada.
Information Management. How does the Company keep up-to-date with the requirements in respect of each of the controlled substance? • Does it ensure the identification and dissemination of all applicable policies, legislation and guidelines on relevant control measures? • Does it maintain a reference list of sources of information and contacts and distribute changes/updates to relevant personnel? • Does it provide resources (e.g. access to documentation) on controlled chemicals to the contact point?
Information Management. The Occupational Therapist Grade 2 will ensure information is managed in line with organisational, allied health and discipline standards by:
4.1. Meeting the documentation requirements for all programs.
4.2. Completing required statistical records for client related and other activities within the specified timeframes.
4.3. Participating in the monitoring and review of data generated for the purposes of discussing staffing requirements and workloads, and for monitoring the efficiencies of new work practices and quality activities in relevant forums.
