Common use of Informational Products Clause in Contracts

Informational Products. All informational products (e.g. data, studies, findings, management plans, manuals, photos etc.) relating to California’s natural environment and produced with the use of public funds shall be cataloged in the California Geoportal (xxxx://xxxxxx.xxx.xx.xxx/geoportal/catalog/main/xxxx.xxxx), maintained by the California Department of Technology.
