Informed Consent Policy. As part of the Member Contract, Members give permission for the staff of The College of New Jersey, the staff of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Foundation, the Campus Director, Site Supervisor, and staff of the Corporation for National and Community Service to discuss their personal circumstances (health, etc.) as they relate to the Member’s term of service.
