Common use of Informed Decision Clause in Contracts

Informed Decision. You acknowledge and agree that: (i) you have sufficient information to make an informed decision as to the extent to which you choose to rely on the information in a Certificate; (ii) your use of or reliance on any Thawte Information is governed by this Agreement and you shall bear the legal consequences of your failure to comply with the obligations contained herein. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DECIDING WHETHER OR NOT TO RELY ON THE INFORMATION IN A CERTIFICATE.
