Common use of Informed Execution Clause in Contracts

Informed Execution. The Obligors warrant and represent to the Lender that the Obligors: (i) have read and understood all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement; (ii) intend to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and (iii) are executing this Agreement freely and voluntarily, without duress, after consultation with independent counsel of their own selection.
