Informnation by Holders. As a condition to the inclusion of any Registrable Securities in a registration pursuant to this Agreement, the Holder of such Registrable Securities shall timely furnish to the Company such information regarding such Holder and the distribution proposed by such Holder as the Company may reasonably request in writing and as shall be reasonably required for any registration, qualification or legal compliance.
