Common use of InfoSpace Marks License Clause in Contracts

InfoSpace Marks License. Subject to Section 2.6, InfoSpace hereby grants the right to use, reproduce, publish, perform and display the InfoSpace Marks: (a) on the Company Web Sites in connection with the posting of hyperlinks to the InfoSpace Web Sites; (b) in and in connection with the development use, reproduction in promotional and marketing materials, content directories and indexes, and electronic and printed advertising, publicity, press releases, newsletters and mailings about Company.

InfoSpace Marks License. Subject to Section 2.6, InfoSpace hereby grants the right to use, reproduce, publish, perform and display the InfoSpace Marks: (a) on the Company Web Sites in connection with the posting of hyperlinks to the InfoSpace Web Sites; (b) in and in connection with the development development, use, reproduction in promotional and marketing materials, content directories and indexes, and electronic and printed advertising, publicity, press releases, newsletters and mailings about Company.
