The Purchaser/s shall be eligible for a Club membership in the Club House facilities constructed by the Confirming Party. Provided however, the Purchaser/s shall also be liable to pay for club house usage on a monthly basis for its usage, maintenance and operation charges regularly to the Confirming Party or to the Society of the Purchaser/s, as the case maybe.
